When can I use Layop?
You will have access to LAYOP 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However there are times when you may not be able to access the website due to necessary maintenance and back up. In the unlikely event of LAYOP being unavailable, we will restore the use within a short time.
When can I NOT use Layop ?
We need to carry out maintenance and back up between 00:00 hrs and 02.00 hrs every day when you may have limited or no access to the website.

How much does it cost to do one unit?
£15 for one unit for 7 days.
£45 for one unit for 30 days.
How much does it cost to do two units?
£30 for two units for 7 days.
£90 for two units for 30 days.
Will I get a reminder when my subscription runs out?
When you subscribe and log in, the subscription expiry date and number of days left will be on your account status screen.

How can I find out how much time I have spent on each mock exam?
Your "Account status and progress" screen will show the last 5 mock exams and you can save or print any of these at any time whilst your subscription is live.
How will I know how well I have done?
Your "Account status and progress" screen will show the last 5 mock exams and you can save or print any of these at any time whilst your subscription is live.The "View details" option will give a "Questions Summary", a score breakdown by subject and the option to revise that subject again.

What software and hardware do I need for a course?
You need a computer (500 MHz or faster), a minimum of 32MB memory, an 800 x 600 monitor, 35 MB of disk space, an internet connection, an email account.
Do your courses run on a Mac?
Yes.

Can I pay by Cheque?
Yes - Payment can be made by cheque. Please email us with your requirements and we will let you know where to send the cheque.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to LAYOP if we consider that inappropriate use has taken place. Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or access, the LAYOP website without our prior consent.
